I got the tusk killing the 10 boars for Trampled Hooves, so either the drop-rate is good or they have improved it
The dagger is NOT unique BUT the quest is not repeatable and the dagger is Bind on Acquire, so NO, you cannot dual-wield this dagger.

My question, is it a unique item? Would love to use a pair of them I'd go thru another 50 boars if I could dual wield it.
