Golfimbul's Hole  

A growing darkness has been brooding over the north-western region of the Greenfields, far to the north of peaceful Brockenborings. Even further, a lone Ranger is sending many queer adventurers to this troublesome spot. In passing the name of this place has been known to be Golfimbul's Hole. Golfimbul's Hole? Could it be the same Golfimbul that is spoken of in the lore of the Shire? The very same Golfimbul that assaulted the hobbits with his goblin hordes hundreds of years ago? That would be dismal news for the peaceful hobbits if it proved true.

While Golfimbul has not returned to Middle-earth, Golfimbul's Hole is home to an army of goblins set to assault the Greenfields first, then Brockenborings second. Fortunately, however, an invasion of this region is tasked to players by a Ranger in the epic prologue for all aspiring hobbits.
