'If he will agree to share with you his secrets, you may become an even greater cook than you are now, as difficult as that may be to imagine!'

Objectives

Collect giant boar-flank

Collect bottle of savory seasonings

Pasco Grubb gave you the recipe and his notes on preparation of a Roast of Heroes.

Pasco is waiting for you to collect the ingredients and prepare a Roast of Heroes he can sample...and by so doing judge whether you are worthy of further instruction.

Cook a Roast of Heroes

Using my non-cook main, I killed this boar four successive times. No giant boar-flank visible to loot.

Luckily another player was gathering in the area, and was happy to kill it for my low level cook.

Did it at Level 32 (Champion) by sneaking as suggested into (Giant) valley with the elite drakes and worms along the north wall. I got to the NE corner and it was clear I could not get past the giant guard at the entrance of Stonemere. You don't need to. I walked a little out into the valley to get a good look at the giant entrance and there was the Boar walking north to meet me. I pulled him to the north wall and took care of him there. I found the coords to be more like 34.8, 6.7.

The elites are about Level 37 with 6k+ morale.

The Giant Boar) is a normal mob at level 37 and roams around 34.8s, 6.6w in Giant Valley of Trollshaws. Be careful at the entrance, there are Giants and Drakes (with 6400), if you hug the left (North) wall you may be able to sneak past most of the roamers. I grouped with a friend (44 Hunter) and my 42 Guardian and cleared the area, then when we saw the Giant Boar I changed characters and regrouped (with my 24 Burglar) to kill it.

The Giant boar was in a mean area. You head into the Giant area and go left along the wall to find it.
