Head to the Bitter Stair far to the North of Gloins' Camp. The Corcur here drop them but only for those who have the quest. Other classes will not see this drop. Tried to farm up all the materials for Eagle Friend for my LM but never saw the drop. Brought the LM here and had the quest done in a few minutes.
